There is no call centre behind this domain. A few of us open casino landing pages and payment screens from a New Zealand IP address, note what actually appears, and turn that into the guides on the Skrill page and the rest of the site.
That method also marks the edge of what we know: where a cashier keeps its method list behind the registration screen, we write that down instead of guessing.
What We Can Help With
The most useful messages come from readers who have just been through a cashier themselves and saw something different from what we published.

What We Can't Do
We do not run a casino and have no connection to your account at one. Nothing on our side touches balances, so we cannot see a single deposit or withdrawal you have made.
